Our Team

Adams Property Inspection has conducted professional home inspections in the Central Kentucky area since 1993. This was long before the current Home Inspection licensing law was passed in the State Legislature. We were among the first inspection companies to offer computerized reports and the first we know of to include photos directly in the report and the first in our market to email reports. We have always been noted for the detailed descriptions that we include of problem areas and the professional way we conduct business.

We have viewed other home inspection reports, but in our opinion, none of them stack up very high against the product we produce. We know that there are some other good inspectors in the business, but know of no other company that gives as much value to our customers per dollar spent as we do. We conduct business with honesty and integrity and stand behind our report.

We encourage our customers and their agents to meet with us at the end of the inspection for the overview so we can point out problems on-site and discuss findings in detail. You will be amazed at how much time and effort is spent on your behalf conducting the inspection and writing the detailed report.
